Our aim is to help people move, breathe and feel better — physically and mentally — through classes that support both strength and self-connection.
Our classes are intimate and immersive, with no distractions. The studio uses colourful lighting to encourage self-focus, and its quiet location means minimal outside noise. With just one studio room, nothing else is happening in the space during your class — allowing you to fully step into your practice.
Glow offers a varied timetable led by experienced and knowledgeable instructors. Studio founders Courtney and Diane lead our team.
Courtney is a 200 hour trained yoga teacher with further experience in mat Pilates and Zumba.
Diane has over 15 years experience in the fitness space specialising in higher intensity classes and small group training.
The wider team help bring something for everyone including Bootcamp & box, Barbell pump and Broadway boogie.
